God Gave Me A Gift

God gave me a gift, the gift of life.
He did not promise it would hold no strife.
God gave me a gift, the gift of love.
He sent His Son from Heaven above.
God gave me a gift, the gift of prayer,
He constantly listens, He's always there.
God gave me a gift, the gift of hope.
He sent His spirit who helps me to cope.
God gave me a gift, the gift of choice.
In His infinite love, I now rejoice.

One Word Of Advice
If I could give you one word of advice,
It would be to trust in the Lord Jesus Christ.
He went to Calvary and died on the cross,
So that you as a sinner would not be lost.
In your time of need he will always be near,
He will comfort your heart and wipe away your tears.
Give HIm your heart, soul, body and mind,
A truer friend you will never find.
